Booking & Payment
A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years old.
A 50% advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Remaining payment must be completed at the time of check-in.
Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
Extra charges may apply for additional guests, extra mattresses, or special requests.

Check-in & Check-out
Standard check-in time is 1:00 PM.
Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM / 12:00 Noon (as per booking confirmation).

**Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests are requested to inform the hotel in advance about late arrivals.

Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the spiritual and peaceful environment of Haridwar.
Non-vegetarian food, alcohol, smoking, and intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
Loud music, parties, or any activity disturbing other guests is not permitted.
Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be chargeable.

Children Policy
Children must always be accompanied by responsible adults.
Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of children during the stay.

Safety & Security
Guests are advised to beware of monkeys in the area and are requested not to feed them.
The hotel shall not be responsible for loss of valuables, cash, jewelry, or personal belongings.
Guests should keep room doors locked and take care of personal belongings.
Emergency, health, or government quarantine protocols (if applicable) must be followed by all guests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies may vary depending on season, festivals, and booking source.
Advance payments may be partially refundable as per cancellation timelines.
No-shows may result in retention of the booking amount.

Visitor Policy
Outside visitors are not allowed in guest rooms after permitted hours.
Unregistered guests are not permitted for overnight stay.

Parking & Accessibility
Parking is subject to availability and may be located at a nearby designated area.
Guests are requested to follow local traffic and parking regulations around Har Ki Pauri.

Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, power failures, strikes, or events beyond management control.
