  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect the spiritual and peaceful environment of Haridwar.
  • Non-vegetarian food, alcohol, smoking, and intoxicating substances are strictly prohibited inside the premises.
  • Guests are requested to inform the hotel in advance about late arrivals.
  • Loud music, parties, or any activity disturbing other guests is not permitted.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property by guests will be chargeable.

Children Policy

  • Children must always be accompanied by responsible adults
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for the safety and conduct of children during the stay.

Safety and Hygiene

  • Guests are advised to beware of monkeys in the area and are requested not to feed them.
  • The hotel shall not be responsible for loss of valuables, cash, jewelry, or personal belongings.
  • Guests should keep room doors locked and take care of personal belongings.
  • Emergency, health, or government quarantine protocols (if applicable) must be followed by all guests.
  • Hotel staff is trained on hygiene guidelines
  • Guests with fever are not allowed
  • Only those guests with safe status on Arogya Setu app are allowed
  • Guests from containment zones are not allowed

  • Wire transfer, cash and UPI i.e.- google pay, Paytm are accepted

Guarantee Policy

  • All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by deposit 100% advance amount of total booking amount and balance 50% amount payable on the time of arrival.

Smoking/Alcohol consumption Rules

  • Smoking within the premises is not allowed
  • Alcohol consumption withing the premises is not allowed.

Room Safety and Hygiene

  • All rooms are disinfected using bleach or other disinfectant

  • Pets are not allowed.
  • There are no pets living on the property

ID Proof Related

  • According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Brij Lodge.
  • The identification proofs accepted are Driving License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
  • Non-Govt IDs and Office ID are not accepted as ID proof(s)

Parking & Accessibility

Parking is subject to availability and may be located at a nearby designated area.
Guests are requested to follow local traffic and parking regulations around Har Ki Pauri.

Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be held responsible for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, power failures, strikes, or events beyond management control.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or discontinue stay of any guest found violating hotel policies or causing inconvenience to others

Cancellation Policy
